I create a minimum of 5 tournaments every day. I do this to allow members to play courses they like on a fairly regular basis. Because of this, many tournaments have less than 10 entrants.
Having said that, the tournaments that are played on the more popular courses have a reasonable leaderboard (say, 15+ entries).
We do have one weekly tournament that routinely has 75 or more entries. You get points based on your position and those points are accumulated over a rolling 10-week period. It has been running for 611 consecutive weeks (i.e. about 11 years, 9 months).
We run a 4-round monthly tournament (with an overall champion for the year) that has about 45 participants. There's also a league that runs for 7-week "seasons". It typically has around 60 participants. Our twice-monthly handicap tournament gets around 50 entrants.
