    Hi all,

Microsoft Win 10 just updated a couple of times in the last week.  Since the updates, I can load the webpage and log into the standard game dashboard.

When I try to launch a game - a new window pops up but now the game doesn't load - the screen stays white.

I looked at everything in the settings and wondering if anyone is having this issue and if there is any idea on how to correct it.

Internet Explorer doesn't even work on this site.  Chrome doesn't work either.  Firefox is ok but tends to hesitate when swinging but does load the game.

    Thanks all

I can guarantee you Chrome works on this site.  I have used it for a year - and I have WIN 10 (which I hate!).

I think there must be some other issue if multiple browsers fail.

Could be the flash version - this has been covered in several other posts lately.  Do you use any other webistes that use flash?

I have Win-10 and Edge works fine for me. I do not use it for playing, only to get my CDP.

Look under settings and advanced, make sure that this is turned on.

    Thanks boys for the replies.

I have ensured the the Flash is enabled in Edge so that is ok.  Issue still persists.

I will try working on Chrome again and see why it isn't working.  Since I know it works, I should find the final solution.  I will keep you posted.

    Thanks again

Quite a few players don't allow pop-ups me included. We don't need pop-ups because we don't play by clicking on the play now button, We set the game client as the start-up page of the browsers that we use to play WGT and when we open our browser it loads directly to the game client page, Doing this and using the browser we play WGT with only for playing WGT keeps the browser caches cleaner making the browser more stable for playing WGT.

If I remember correctly it was YankeeJim who told me about playing this way.

Interesting, Joe.  I guess I am doing it wrong - well maybe not wrong, but inefficiently.

I guess you can get to everything else - like the forums - with the menus across the bottom of that page.

It will probably confuse my old head, but I guess I should try it (even though it plays fine in Chrome for me).

    Hello all,

Thank you for the responses.  Sorry for the delay.  I was testing some features and all.  All the Edge settings were as you had mentioned by default so there was no change there.  I got it to work on Chrome for a couple of days.  (Personally don't like Chrome as the slide bar is not in sync with the mouse or at least as I was used to it with Edge) but a good alternative if I get stuck again.

Decided to update Adobe flash player on the system all together.  Installed Mozilla and got it working on that one.

Yesterday - reset all the settings on Edge to default (after Adobe flash update the previous day) and all of a sudden it loads with no issues.

As well - I cleaned out my Temp. Internet files which is up there.

Not sure which corrected the issue but I'm back to where I was before the update came down.

Thank you all for taking the time to assist me with this.  I hope this thread helps someone else in the future when a similar thing happens to them.

    Good golfing.
