    Hi All,

I have been using the calloway s for a couple of weeks. I used to play the Srixon s and really liked the ball. I had to get used to the Calloway ball traveling further that's for sure. I have some extra pocket change and wanted to know if the Calloway Z ball provides any noticeable distance increase over the Calloway S?

    I currently have the R9 275 Driver and G10 L59 Irons.

    Thanks in advance...Charlie

Anything up to 5 yards on drives, but you lose on spin.

I get on better with the S lately, the higher spin allows more control on approach shots.  I guess when I turn legend and every yard further really counts I'll go for Z.

You won't need it. Stay with the cheaper s ball and keep the control that you're used to. The level 43 version has more of both, distance and spin, than the earlier level one and they're 50 cents cheaper. Durability is 1/2 dot different.
