Is there any way to tell if a player is a mobile player or a computer player. I've started a new "computer only" club and I'm not sure how to tell when inviting someone to join up. I would appreciate any input anyone has.

    Cheers Chuck

There aren't any "badges" that display the difference between the two. But if you look at the profile and rounds played you can get a sense of whether they are playing PC format type games. PC game options include alt shot, match play, etc. Whereas  these are not available on the mobile platform.

When viewing a player profile in the mobile app version, I believe desktop Flash version players will have a yellow or gold "WGT" pennant to the right of their name, and if they're online there will a white check next to it.  Please let me know if I'm totally wrong on this.

Also you can tell by their apparel whether they primarily play the mobile version if they have buffed sets of gear used in and awarded from one on one multiplier play.

That gold banner with WGT in it denotes a "WGT Nation Member".  You get far enough along, you get into the "Nation".

If they are not in a country club then they are usually pretty new to the game. The first giveaway to me are the cyborg looking avatar faces that are usually their profile page pics. Also, a lot will be displaying coin clubs in their bag on their profile page as well at that stage.

Just wondering why you want to limit your club to computer players only. I have a good mix of both in my club, and don't see any drawbacks to being inclusive.

    +1

We have some great club members that are strictly mobile players, as well as some that play both. Unless you plan on playing strictly alt shots with each other then there are no drawbacks really. All players help a young club simply by using their passes.
