    Hey all,

     

    I completely understand there as always some issues with online gaming but i'm near to giving up on WGT. There doesn't go a day without games getting binned with this UNEXPECTED ERROR message, very, very annoying. 

    If the problem is due to some quality issue with hardware i would recommend a small fee for members in order to get the best possible WGT hardware and controllers.

    It's not WGT hardware. Most errors like that are caused by either a poorly set up PC or a ISP that is not very good. In the almost 2 years that I have been here I have only had about 5 unexpected errors and 1 of them I know quite well what caused it. I saved my round during the U.S. Open qualifier and about an hour later tried to load it and got an unexpected error. When I looked at the clock I knew what had caused that unexpected error. Qualifying was over.

    I don't think I can remember ever getting one unless I'm playing multi-player.

    There lies the problem I would imagine.

    lately the games have been slow loading to a point where you get the unexpected error or you have to drop out so the others can continue. Is there anything I can do on my computer to help it load faster. Someone had asked me if I had done somethind with a pre load, but I did not know what he was talking about. any suggestions? Explain in detail. not good with computers. Thanks
