I have experienced this afew times..and both times it was caused by me turning off my antivirus at the wrong time.ie. when the game was loading,,then the browser refuses to load after exactly what you are experiencing...every time i managed to free mine by using GOOGLE CHROME browerser,,when you use the google chrome browser its ok but you cant use internet explorer or the browser you were using when the game error sound occured for about 4 hours,,,,im sure google chrome will load the game for you and then totaly free the other browsers i dont know how it just does..
