I use the Ping G-10 hybryd to get out of the tall stuff, not a cheap club but well worth the price, in 60/70 using a punch it will go 200 no problem. Any hybryd in punch mode will get you out best.

Thanks bittydog - I have a G10 hybrid now (and K15 irons) ... will give that a go ... although I must say I've only been in fescue about once in last few weeks, the Pings are good at keeping me away from it!
