I'd like to see a driving range as well, but in order for it to be worthwhile, it would have to be customizable with lots of features. Lots of targets, ability to chose the wind speeds or have zero wind, green speeds (to test ball rollout/spin on landing), etc.
Otherwise, as DoctorLarry mentioned, just play a couple practice holes, a Par 3 course, or a a couple CTTH games to warm up.
