Glad you provided a plausible explanation

There is? I totally missed that. It looked to me like a post you read and scratch your head, thinking to yourself, wtf? At least I did.

Like I said...he didn't address it to anyone in particular. Paul was just as confused as I was (and maybe the rest of the readers). Robert came up with as good a possibility as anyone...lol

    Agreed!

I find no target for the first words, and it was just the fact that my posting was the one immediately before which lead me to ask ct (in private).

Unfortunately, a little provocation afterwards would not lead to any results.

    Case closed IMHO.

Are you stuck with Master once you get it? My average is not below 67, but I play a ton of H2H 3-Hole ones when I have the free sponsorship. I got moved up to Master even though I am Level 57. So, I don't have access to the clubs these Level 80+ people have and I am geting my rear end handed to me. Literally overnight the game went from 50-50 winning to no fun and getting crushed.

No, you can't move back from Master.  But once you reach Level 59 (shouldn't take too long), take a look at the PING i500 Iron Set (L59+).  Those irons will improve your game.

You should also consider dropping your hybrid and going with 3 wedges.  The Max Spin wedges are nice at your level, and each wedge costs less than a sleeve of those Titleist Pro V1x Vapor Ball (L0+) balls you're using.

    Good luck!

I beg your pardon, THIS account has only played 223 RRs. Alas, that doesn't really matter, als 40 is the saturation no. for a Master.

OTOH, the four scores which are visible combine to an average of 66.75, indicating that your scoring has a clear potential for amelioration. Analyzing where you lose strokes may lead to changes to the better.

    I have 26 RR

    Average 69.5

    Tier Tour Legend

The method to move from one tier to the next , is not based solely on these variables.

The minimum number of rounds (at a specific level) and average (required to level up) is really only relevant to those players that play strictly ranked (or scored) rounds.

I believe it is common knowledge, at this point, for most players that have been playing since the "flash" days, that the criteria is different with coin room players or a player who plays both coin rooms and ranked rounds.  As to the specific criteria as to these players, no one really knows.

Yes I have seen this explanation in other threads , but since it is a recurring message I was pointing this out to the poster.

I plan to continue in my coin room journey , hopefully till TC and with the same criteria I have set from the beginning with the free balls and not adding any RR , to get data on what actually is needed to move to the next tier. The 26 RR accounted for on my stats sheet are very early on in the process , before Tour Master and possibly before Master ranking.

Currently I have 52 completed 9 hole rounds , with a score of 29 or less , and will post on my profile page when I achieve Champion tier. Of course I do not know what is needed to make the next tier , but without data we will never have a clue. It may be none of what I record has any bearing on the tier process , but since others do not have the answer , I will make an attempt to find some correlation.

For the "mobile" count, the level is paramount (at least in the lower tiers), and the number or ratio of wins has also been named though that is difficult to protocol, since we don't know the exact criterion.

And yes, there are TCs with low RRs and high avgs. Good luck on your journey!
