My level is increasing but my scorepoint doesnt seem to lower.
How do I lower it?

to lower the average, you have to post lower scores than your average in ranked games.( a/s , practice, match play dont count).

to lower it, you must play stroke games...level increases in all games, but average lowers only in stroke play
