    i can not use this to purchase clubs why is this?

    You can.....

    Read the back of the card. You must authenticate it online for online use..... just follow the directions.

    Did you get this to work ? If so, how ?

    I have 2 of these cards already activated with some balance remaining on them but since there is no name or address on the cards, Pro Shop doesn't seem to accept it...

    check vanilla website, you may be able to reset  the address there. or call them.
