There is no way to direct message people on your friends list or your Country Club other than the chat board there's no way to know if they even read that it would be great if you could make a message system so that we could communicate to keep our friends and teammates aware of events that are going on it would be a great addition
Are you playing PC or mobile?
On PC you certainly can message players on your friends list and keep a running conversation.
I don't play mobile enough to know about that, but you can log on PC and send messages to friends.
