I have been trying to buy Max Pro balls using PayPal for a few days now and I am down to my last ball. It tells me I don't have sufficient credits and it doesn't matter if I try to put in $6.00 or $20.00 I get the same response. I have been using PayPal to buy my balls for several years and have never encountered this problem previously.
I have tried to switch back to the starter balls before and it doesn't work well when you start switching from one type of ball to another so I guess I just won't play until this problem has been addressed.

Look into your account to see if all credit purchases have been recorded.
Check your credit balance.
As a last resort:
On mobile, de-install and reinstall the app. Restart the device.
On PC, clear the caches, change browser, restart the computer.

I can NOT purchase credits at all.

I did all of the above. I still can't buy credits.
