Once I access "my profile" I am unable to access equipment and update .
This was a bug from the last update but WGT did a hot-fix that seemed to clear this up. You probably need to clear all caches to get the fix to show. I did.
You can get to your equipment through the gameclient on PC - click the "Play Now" button and you can edit equipment and avatar on right of screen.
