It's called Match Play Challenge and it's an option under Multiplayer/Create Game in the Game Client. Under Match Play scroll through the game choices to Challenge.
It's not coin rooms like the mobile version and you play for real credits, not coins. You select an opponent or search for one and also set the stakes. On the PC version-Flash based that phones don't have-none of your extras count, either.
