I'm definitely late to set the record on this.
The banner did go up to indicate there would be a qualifier but because of the time crunch we pivoted last second from a qualifier to an invitational. I'm sorry for any confusion
As you can see it's still preseason so there will be qualifiers to compete when the regular season starts. More details will come soon.
