  what are they, i keep seeing them but cant find any info. any help is appreciated.

  Seeing small icons can be sign of various disease :))

  I think question is for mobile and pc desktop. Those icons are showing that player was in recent "harvest showdown" Some have 2 of them..dont know what is other..some high ranking perhaps

  They are badges. Badges are awarded based on your placement in the showdown. Some players have 2 because we were able to retroactively award them from the Fall Showdown.
