    hi there , can anyone help me . I started playing around 22 days agi and got to level 41 and really enjoy playing but i have just tried to open via the mobile app as per usual and it doesnt automatically open and asks me to sign in , when i entered my email and password a notice came up saying " account disabled " . i am always friendly and have no obscene picture like some people and don't know why this has occured , thnx Alice

    You will need to contact customer support. 
    Accounts are usually become disabled for having multiple accounts.

    Multiple accounts is one of the main reasons to disable account, whether it’s intentional or not. Customer support is very helpful in this matter.

    But as mentioned in previous posts, you must have logged in to your account to ask the question?

    Hi There I'm having similar problem - I set an account up on Iphone >months ago and forgot it and registered on Laptop recently to play with friends.  Been playing for a few months on laptop and today account was disabled?

    Have tried customer services but no reply or even acknowledgment

    Did you ever get your account reactivated?
