I have been playing everyday now for close to 4 years and my bonus stoped for some reason and I was started over as day one. Why?

Contact customer service, they will reset it for you.

As said above, it looks like you missed the 27th.

I'm guessing that you failed to start a game and play one shot in a crucial 24-hour window - between 12 am GMT one day and 12 am GMT the next day.
