When I create a Bracket tournament in my CC the game seems to randomize the brackets despite the settings in place. Low wind is high, moderate is hurricane and high is just a lie. Tee boxes seem to choose themselves with no observed reasoning. Green speeds change per hole, I set tournament get slow, fast displays fast but plays champ. I am not getting any help or assistance from support. Is this a common or known issue and is it unavoidable.
