after the update, daily spinner is now locked on both pcea and mobile

I had the same problem. No solution for the mobile app but I managed to right click with the mouse to spin on PCEA.
try clicking below the hand lever
Tap your finger on the golf ball, that works for me. It will not work if you play it like a slot machine. I hope it works for you.
