why not offer a colour choice grip on each clothing page so that a choice can be made and also a patter option as well eg. Verticle or horizontal stripes or dots etc - makes the avatar more personal. (Eg.see link)
It could also be worth offering a face pic and golf swing avatar option as well so it’s actually the player themselves playing the game.
Obviously, you would know how easy/tricky that would be but I’d be happy to Guinea Pig it for you at the development stage if that would help?
