    Hello.

Maybe you did not notice but there are a lot less players golfing here at WGT.

Maybe it is because that they dont like some things.

Practically every golf gamethere are two or more golfers that leave and often on the first golf hole.

They say that the client is always right. The clients here are your members here at WGT. These clients buy things from you like golf clubs and other things. Shouldn't they be respected and listened to the occasions that they email you? They often email you about that they do not like golfers that leave. Yes like you occasionally say that golfers supposedly leave for a reason - but practically all the golfers that do leave don't like how they are golfing - and those that do like the way they are golfing do not leave.

Maybe they leave because they are not penalized for doing so - and they prefer to click on your "forfeit" button and go golf another game instead of clicking your "resume" button. You say that you have the most "realistic" golf game. Is it realistic for golfers who do not like the way they are golfing to leave and to go golf elsewhere? Do Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods leave if they hit their balls in the sand?

Your clients hate golfing where golfers leave. If you would delete your "forfeit" button it would deter golfers to leave because they would be aware that they would have to "resume" their golf game if they leave and therefore maybe would not leave in the first place as they say. Golfers that do have to leave for a reason could leave and they would resume their golf game the occasion that they would prefer doing so. Also by not leaving your golfers' ranking-code would be more indicative of how they golf.

In the PGA do golfers leave if they hit their ball in the sand or elsewhere? Your members do not want your golfers to leave and they want to "play golf" with others which includes your balls going in the sand and things like that. Your "reputation" thing that you talk about doing could be cool as they say - but ifyou deleted your "forfeit" option golfers maybe would not leave in the first place - and golfers that do have to leave for a reason could leave and"resume" their golf game.

PS ....Do the ownersof WGT get these emails or are there employeesthereto reply to them without sending them in some way to the owners?

YOUR MEMBERS WANT YOU TO DELETE YOUR "FORFEIT" BUTTON.

Several players have commented on the forfeit button. We know this is a serious issue and we are working towards a resolution.

We appreciate your suggestions and feedback, but please do not post the same message multiple times in the forums.
