    I rented a driver to try it out after the free rental promotional email...

    I was charged....How do I regain my credits?

    I just went to try and rent a few clubs as well but I saw they were still charging so I cancelled order. Hope they get this fixed soon or extend another day or two.

    I tried to rent clubs for the free trial and it's not working wants to charge me as well. This is the right day somebody sleeping at WGT

    You are not alone. Same issue occurred to me earlier today (credits deducted during a "free club rental" day. I have also written via the help section and am awaiting a reply.

    I was in the same boat. I rented the Big Dog Titleist TS3 during the free rental period. Before I pressed the proceed button, I saw that the charge was 825 credites but thought that this was just an error. 

    However,I was charged 825 credits. I emailed WGT and received a refund of 825 credits.

    Update 5-14-2020. WGT confirmed receipt of my message and addressed the problem associated with Free Club Rentals on 5-13. 

    Problem resolved with a friendly note and an apology for the inconvenience. 

    Very satisfied with their response.
