  The guidelines state that there is no limit to the level you can attain, and yet, I've passed level 119 three times now and it just resets to the same level. Is there a reason I can get to level 120 and beyond?

  Definitely, there are levels beyond 119. The current maximum achieved is L200 - L201 is literally more than one human life away from there.

  What's the background to your story? Are you telling us that you passed the count of 7,372,912 XPs (which is equivalent to L120) only to be thrown back to L119 and a lower XP number?

  What does "I passed the level three times" mean?

  This is baffling. I have never seen a player with over 10,000 ranked rounds under level 120.

  I would contact customer service.
