  Excuse my ignorance but can you please clarify.

  I understand the average reset. 

  I don't understand the 750 to C saturation 

  Does this mean I need 750 additional RR to the next tier while keeping my average below 59?

  Excluding par 3's, par 5's, custom courses,coin games and CTTH's.

  Only Ranked rounds count

  750 additional RRs with DonCaron's reserve, true.

  Before tiering up (not all the time), the average must be 59.000 or lower.
