I'd like to select BADDELEY, AARON although I don't see him on the "Player's Used Sheet".
If I can't select him because he is not on that list i'd like to go with BRADLEY, KEEGAN.

If the player is not on the Player's Used sheet, this just means no one has used them yet. I actually had to add in Tyrell Hatton as well which is kind of crazy considering he is one of the favorites this week. The Badds man has been added to your team for the week.
