    i have written to WGT about an error that occurred while trying to buy credits on 25 Sept - it has charged me five times (I have explained why in my mail to members@wgt). How long till I get a reply on this as I am more than £100 out - which is a lot of money for a "free" game.

    we will reply and should be able to take care of the problem. please be patient as $ errors get escalated to someone else, so they take longer to resolve :)

    Hello again,

     

    My patience is running out, I'm afraid. I have not even had a return email from WGT to acknowledge that they are dealing with this problem. Meanwhile money has been out of my account for nearly 4 days. I will be taking this to my card lender's  disputes team if I have not heard back by the end of Thursday. Your customer service has, so far, been extremely poor.
