    They received them from the province of Quebec, which at the latest news was still in Canada. Our laws are different from the rest of the country.

    Have you ever tried to get verified? If you get verified, you should be eligible. 

    I always understood that verification was for prizes.

    That's basically what I'm saying, Yiannis. They just did it "on the fly". As soon as they believe they found some ambiguities in a country's gambling laws, boom! they simply block anyone from the region. They never bother to look further into details because if they do, it means extra expense (and time) for them.

    What do you think the reason behind this whole thing is if not the case?

    Very very selective interests, don't you find Simon? Allow me not responding to your question here and now...but to tell you the truth, no, i don't believe a company that makes millions every day acts indifferently, randomly or ''on the fly'' on certain issues. On others perhaps, on these ones...no.
