    I've been trying to 'Join Group' for about 10 minutes now.  Every time I do I keep getting placed into a group lobby by myself in the #1 spot.  I don't have the option to invite people or chat.  The TEE OFF box is greyed out as well.  I must cancel out and try to Join Group again.

    Thanks for the report. Have you tried again, and is it still happening?

    Yeah, it is.  About 7 out of 10 times it dumped me into an empty room.  The other 3 times I was placed into a 'hung' lobby.
