  Yes.  You would have to be on PCEA... then you could play H2H with your friend who is on mobile.

  You actually don't have to be on Steam to play the new PCEA version.  You can download it to your PC from the link listed in the first post here.  But playing on Steam is definitely an option if you want to go that route.

  If i go on Steam or early access will i keep everything i own on my profile here or do you have to start all over ?

  Just download the PCEA launcher and be sure to log in using the same username and password you use on Flash and it will be the same.

  There are a few things from Flash that do not transfer over such as Notebook, Golfbags and any Avatars.
