  movement in tier is determined by quality of play over time, which means there are several elements in play which determine the tier.

  This has to be the funniest one liner I have ever read in here!!!! Probably because it's so true...........I'm still laughing. The expense and the frustration of adjusting to the equipment you need to get there convinced me.
