Dear WGT Community,
I entered and competed in The e-Open and was informed that I would receive 25,000 WGT Coins on Sept.16th by joining The One Club. I completed this and it's now Oct.8th and I still have not received the 25,000 WGT Coins? I can't help but feel these are shallow promises and a ploy to get players to compete and sign-up.
I'd like to know if anyone else had this issue and if so, what was done about it?
I'm reaching out to the community because WGT Support have been less than helpful and I don't know how to contact the WGT division for the Open Support.
I thank you for your time and efforts, and look forward to any feedback regarding the above.
