    Cuffed shorts  have rotated in and out of the fashion scene countless times over the past couple centuries. However as they are a mark of class, style and power, men are bringing them back..

    Lol!  The only time I wear cuffed shorts is when I’m wearing jeans and it’s too hot ;)

    First I flattened out the cuff and ironed them as flat as they would go..


    Then I used some Heat’n Bond Ultra Hold.
