  I have not been playing the new version until recently. I know that there are things like visors or gloves that have "magic" powers like those that might be  found in RPG's. Are these "magic" garments a part of the apparel packs that are for sale in the pro shop? (250 to 700 credits)

  What are "rare or epic item cards"? What is a "+50 sponsor reputation" and how does it give me "an experience like never before"  (Do WGT copy writers listen to President Trump?)

  In other words is this another WGT brainless way of making the game better like they did with  the  gobbling turkey ball effects for 250 credits?

  great question.  I was a sucker and bought the gold apparel pack.  Here is the description:

  "What's better than silver? Gold, the Gold Apparel Pack to be exact. With more apparel items and sponsor reputation, you'll be reaping the benefits both in style and skill. Get 35 apparel item cards, including possible rare or epic items, and +15 sponsor reputation"

  I opened my $2.50 investment and nowhere did I see '35' item cards, only 2 things showed, and I can't even find them to equip them.  WGT is obviously more concerned with their "bottom line" than the experience of their paying customers.  They need better tutorials.

  That, among other reasons, is why I would rate them a 2 out of 5 stars.  The only reason I play is they have no competition.  They claim to be realistic, but lack the most basic of all golf attributes, the ability to fade or draw the ball with side spin.

  Wake up WGT, because sooner or later, and hopefully sooner, a gaming company will develop an online game similar to the old EA Sports golf and take most of your customers.

  Rather than buy the apparel packs from the pro shop, you have a sponsorship opportunity every 5 or 6 hours , whereby you activate the sponsorship of your choice , and play head to head games in the coin rooms for half an hour . Then you are awarded sponsorship items randomly and more when you win the match. Makes sense to just play the one hole matches in this half hour to enable you to complete more matches. There is a mega thread already in the forums about apparel. I suggest you search it out to u derstamd the full complexities of this scheme.
