I have 2 questions. I hit a 80% power shot with my wedge (pitch shot) and the ball does not even move. I realize I am in the mulch. Not used to hitting shots from there, but I treated it like rough. Is there something I am missing or is this a glitch in the system. At first I thought I might be stuck under the lip of the rough, but the ball does not even move ... as if it wasn't even hit. Second question ... are you not allowed to hit flop shots from the mulch? After I made my 1st attempt ... I tried to do a flop and it was not available. Please advise.

try punching out next time. mulch is nasty, so pitch likely wouldn't work.
