Live Series is Live (No sh1t Batman) & ran by Superleague whereas eTour is ran by Dreamhacks & the last few eTour events since Covid have not been live (Pre Covid they were live & in person) as Dreamhacks have decided they wanted to Edit the games & make a polished show out of it instead of us sitting down & watching it for 3 days with multiple disconnects due to Internet problems, dropped frames on OBS etc etc plus even the dogs on the street knew who won the eTour weeks back (by looking at the competing players Profiles, who beat who, who lost to who) even though the highlights reel was only recently released on YouTube by Dreamhacks on European Tour
So by the time the highlights reel came out as it wasn't live it didn't have the same buzz about it so some watched it but many of us didn't as well we knew the result
Hopefully post-Covid, well when the vaccines have been rolled out the eTour will return to being Live & in person.
Lastly the Grand Finals will be Streamed Live, there's one event before that, a Wildcard
