  So I go to do a survey for the free credit x2 promo and I get a "account permanently suspended " prompt...what gives?

  By the looks of this player's score history, if they are in fact cheating, they are doing a pretty bad job of it. LOL

   

  As for being suspended from surveys, many players have reported this happening to them over the years. You have to contact those that provide the survey and hope to get an explanation from them. You WILL NOT get an answer from WGT regarding suspensions as surveys are provided from a third party.

  By the way, the promo is for the "Offers" and not the surveys. Even if you had been able to complete a survey, I don't believe you would have received twice the stated credits.

  Contact Peanut Labs directly. They also like to have your identifying number which can be found in the settings (gear icon) on the survey homepage.

  True to a point, About the only thing I do on the offer wall are the surveys, As for the Peanut Labs surveys, which is probably what he tried, they have been permanently suspending many of us for no reason, They won't give me any explanation why I was suspended, I have asked several times actually almost demanded an explanation and received nothing. I truly feel they are suspending people who complete more surveys and make more credits than they want to pay out.

  I have never seen any one suspended on the offer wall, Unless the survey you tried was offered by Peanut Labs then my other post is relevant to this,

  On my iPad I haven’t been able to get offers for about two months , and surveys are blocked out. Don’t think it’s just you !
