Why is it that after people join Country clubs then seem to lack input into there own club.

I'll accept anyone into the club if they send a request.
Hacks are welcome and turn into Legends.
I regularly cull out the inactive members as well. Once every couple of months.
Impracticable ? If we kicked out non paticipents in the club we would drop from 30 to half a dozen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still I suppose we would have 6 good members !!!!
