I agree with Pryke on the Pro 9.5 driver, however I disagree on the putter and think that you should sick with the starter for now. The reason being, any putter is capable of making any putt.. there is no green that distance will be an issue.. they can all "get there". Learn to handle the one you have and there is no reason you need to upgrade it yet, if ever if you learn it well enough.
I suggest getting these two wedges instead:
Satin 54
Satin 60
Both are 110 credits a peice, so with the driver and these two you are spending 470.

After that, I would suggest saving until you get this set of irons . They will last you up into Master tier easily if you learn to use them.
If your aim is not to spend any money, I stress that you should not be focused on moving up in tiers quickly, as you will need time to save up to make other purchases in the future. The best way to do this is when you play ranked rounds, play all the courses.. even the ones you hate and not just the front or back 9, play some full 18 hole rounds as well. This will ensure that you don't move up to fast and that your average is more natural.
