  Hi all, 

  I have been playing this game on and off for a long time, but recently got back into it. I have about 11000 credits to spend, so I figured why not buy a few new clubs. Currently I am at level 68. I already got a new driver, taylormade sim lvl55+, 277 yards. 

  I was looking at new irons, I think I would go with the Ben Hogan lvl75+ for their high trajectory. 

  That would mean I have a club for 125-220y, and a 277 driver, so a ~250y 3wood would come in handy, any advice?

  Also, for the wedges, I currently have 2 but aim to have 3. I currently have a 50y and 77y wedge, and I especially love the 50y one. any advice on new/better wedges? 

  TLDR:

  Want new clubs and want to fill gaps in my distances, any advice?

  • Driver 277y (in the bag)
  • 3-wood ~250y, need advice
  • irons 125-220y, ben hogan l75+? or p790 l79+?
  • wedges, preferably: 
    • 50y
    • 75 y
    • 100y

  This right away. Get that 100W and replace the HB.  :-)

  I’d just grab the 3 wood that matches your driver, there should be one the same level or within a few levels with the same stats as your driver. That being said, I don’t think a 3 wood is needed until you reach the very back tees. I carry four wedges, generally in my experience, you can either reach the green in two with driver / iron, or you’re too far out to reach it even with a 3 wood. 

  I’d recommend the Vokey wedge set. The level 20-30 ones are 60/75/90/105 and I believe that the level 70-80 ones are 60/80/100/115.

  You are exactly right, I forgot about that. Shame on me, I never owned a 3W until I made Legend.  Decent driver and 4 wedges is all that's really needed until then.  :-)
