This could be something to do with the fact that you've just this past few hours turned TM ( that 31 on St Andies F9 upped you to a TM ).....so the Master RG is not your tier any longer. (even if you signed up for it whilst a master less than 12 hours ago).
Not sure why the Tour Master RG's won't let you take part (probably just the site needs to recognise your new tier or whatever) but icon will sort this out for you if you give him a chance.
It might we worthwhile clearing you cache/cookies etc....which will force you to log out and come back in again....then try the TM RG's you've entered.
Without elaborating what the issue is here, nothing short of telepathy is going to be of any use to icon.
