  Everything at level 9 except one item....one item with 13 points to go to get all items to level 9 and the 15% chance of bonus.....for some reason I haven't seen that item in over a week...

  I hope you never try to level up epic or rare items. You might not get points you want in a particular item for 2-3 months.
