I called this number and it said it's the Philadelphia zoo.
As noted later in the thread, the person did provide tips it wasn't serious. For example, "Ask for Mr. Lyons" for the first number and "ask to speak with Liz" for the second number.
Unfortunately, for many of us, there remains a middle schooler within us that comes out every once in a while.
Before taking everything at face value, Google is your friend. 😀
