    Ok,

This is new. I've seen the meter skip, leap, studder, and hop. I've never seen it slip. This is a first and I'm hoping it will be resolved.

    Browser: Firefox

I click the mouse and instead of the meter stopping, it slips an inch then stops. I should mention the meter is very smooth. No hickups. It just slips like it's on ice. I've never seen this.

Hi Adam, did it just start today, and how many times has it happened? Are you on a wireless mouse? They tend to have delays in clicking.

Adam I have the same problem occasionally. Meter slip is a very good word for it.

Mine will slip on mostly drives and putts. It will slip almost to the end of the meter and i will get a 60 drv. or if on putts it will push it way right. There is no ryme nor reason for it.

I clk to hit the ball and the bar just keeps on going then stops. No wireless mouse either.    Good thing to because I wouldn't be able to find it after I throw it instead of a club. :)

    Hi WGTalex,

As I said, it's the first time I've seen it happen. It appears to be game specific. It hasn't happened since.

...and no I'm using a USB mouse.

Thanks for the reports. If it happens again, please right-click and submit a bug to us. Which game did it happen in? Was it a tournament?

Just experienced this a few times lately, just now in a RG game at Whistler, where a 'slip and hop' on the meter on a drive cost me a good score.

Just dug up this old thread and it looks like wireless mouses could be the problem. But it's hellish annoying when it happens.

Strange thing for me is that often, though the meter ends up 'clicking' itself right at the 'fade/slice' end of the meter, sometimes the ball ends up scuffing somewhere to the hook side. Crazy.

I hope this message gets to WGTalex. It's almost useless to send a bug report when it happens, because it's been happening to me on countless holes. I already lost 5 expensive balls in the past 2 weeks. This phenomenon started up about 2 weeks ago. Prior to that I never experienced this kind of thing. I like the expression "meter slip". The game seems to be running ok. When you click on the mouse, the shot is taken. And then all of the sudden, the meter will slip on you after you click.

i tried firefox browser yesterday and the same thing happened to me twice lost 2 balls. Meter is real smooth but when you click it to stop it doesnt goes all the way to the right and ball hits way right. I have a brand new wired mouse and it doesnt happen on other browsers so im not gonna play on firefox
