Same with me. I then messaged WGT Customer Support and the MAX Platinum Vapor Balls showed up in my Ball Inventory shortly thereafter. WGT Customer Support was very fast in their responsive action.
Strange, that the 2 of you say you didn't receive. But yet you both have the ball in question equipped and it doesn't show you buying that ball.
Oh wait, they were there all along, but not equipped.
