    in "Watch videos to earn free credits" portion of your website and the carousel is out of order, i have reloaded the page multiple times and get the same result when i click play video for 2 or 5 nothing happens and there is no error message, dont know if this is something you care to fix or not but there it is.

    I had no problems watching the videos today. Are you sure you clicked in the right spot? a couple of times I clicked on the bottom of a video and it wouldn't load. You must click in the middle for them to load.

    I haven't been able to watch any of the videos for two days.  The carousel of videos is visible, but when I click on a video, the screen turns black and doesn't do anything.

    Do you have third party cookies enabled in your browser? It says"third-party cookies must be enabled in your browser" You may have accidentally disabled them.

    i have the same problem. when i click the video, also in the middle, the page starts to load and then message comes: unable to process your request-try again later.

    This happens now for 3 days....

    Yes, I have them enabled, I checked a few times to make sure.  Thanks for your help.

     

    It's still doing it, I've submitted 2 messages from the video page.  At the top right, it says 'contact us'.  I explained the problem and it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours.  That was 2 days ago.  I just sent another message a few minutes ago.  I really need the credits, and watching the videos was an easy way to get 7 credits a day.

    Did you install Adobe Flash update recently?  Are you using Safari?  I remember installing it around the time the problem started.  I can't figure out how to fix it.  It's just on the video credits here, and one other site.

    Check and see if you have PithHelmet installed.  If you do, disable it.  I did and it fixed the problem here, and a couple of other sites.
