I just entered a matchplay game against seanobrien. On the second hole the screen froze and 15 minutes later it still shows him about to putt. I go to his profile and it shows that he has defeated me, errrrrrrrrrr...... Sorry but is he going to get the credits we bet because the game crashed on the second hole. I don't think so what is this going on??????
Hi TallAcePaul, if the game disconnects and you do not reconnect within 5 minutes, you will lose the game. In the future, if you notice the game freeze, it would be best to close out your window, go back to the game lobby, and reconnect.
That needs to be fixed!
same thing happen to me on 12 hole of 18 opp was waiting for me on tee my screen said waiting to load next location. i forefited match because my opp. thought i was trying to disc. please help very unfair. i was dn 1 had match in hand going to my best holes.
We are looking into ways to improve this usability issue.
