    When I click on Start Game in the top left of the screen, the pop up I get is an ad about being able to play on a PC or tablet. Am I supposed to wait and something will happen or is something wrong?

    That 'Ad' is where you download the game from. Click one of the four black buttons in the bottom half of the window, whichever is applicable for your set up, and proceed from there.
