Re: App wont load

  Gday all.

  Just wondering if anybody else is having trouble when loading the game on their IOS device(iPad, iPhone)?

  I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it, but the game now wont load even though the app is on the device. Loads on my android devices ok but I play it mainly on my iPad.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  I have contacted WGT but I am yet to hear anything back.

  yes i am having the exact same issues since updating to the latest app version 1.71.8.

  this is happening on both my ipad and iphone and both are using the up to date.14.7.1 software version

  also awaiting contact from WGT

  Have you tried actually switching off then on again , your iPad .

  whenever I have a problem , I play on 21018 iPad , I delete app , switch off iPad , switch back on , reload app , and away it goes no problems . May be worth a try .

  Same here. Playing on iPhone X and after WGT update turning never ending “loading” circles. Tried also de/re-installing, didn’t help. Lucky I got a second, same iPhone X where I haven’t done update yet, works like a beaut there. Both iPhone X run on latest iOS version, so definitely no “Apple” problem. Also yet to hear feedback from WGT 🤷‍♂️. Bit frustrating 👎

  Am having the same issue and have done the same on/off re upload etc - started occurring after update -am using on iPad mini

  I’m having the exact same issue on my iPad. Uninstalled and reinstalled today as I usually do every week or so when ads stop being available for some reason. Today, it just gets to the “Loading” screen and stalls. I’ve re-installed multiple times, and have re-booted my iPad as well.  No luck. I sent a message to WGT as well.

  from what i have found is a 

  Failed to load 'libmain.so'

  its in there unity setting someone forgot to check it off when they did the new update

  its on their end

  Same problem for days now.  Customer service does not respond to email.
